CrewCalcs uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to run the site, measure traffic, and serve ads. This page explains each category and how to control them. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
This Cookie Policy explains how ATC Group (“CrewCalcs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on crewcalcs.com (the “Service”). It is part of, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. “Similar technologies” include web beacons, pixels, tags, software development kits (SDKs), and local storage that perform comparable functions. Cookies may be set by us (“first-party”) or by third parties whose services we use (“third-party”), and they may last only for your session or persist for a set period.
2. Categories we use
2.1 Strictly necessary (essential)
These are required to run the Service securely and reliably: for example, hosting, load-balancing, and security functions provided by our infrastructure (Google Cloud / Firebase App Hosting), and any cookie that records your privacy or cookie choices. They are set without your consent because the Service cannot function properly without them.
2.2 Analytics / performance
These help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics (including Google Analytics for Firebase), which sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<id>.
2.3 Advertising
These support the display advertising that funds the Service (Google AdSense and its partners). They are used to serve ads, cap how often you see an ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and, unless you have opted out, to personalize ads based on your activity. Note that even non-personalized ads still set cookies for frequency capping, measurement, and fraud prevention.

4. Your controls
You can control cookies and advertising in several ways:
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the Service.
- Google Analytics. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Personalized ads. Use Google Ads Settings, the DAA WebChoices tool, and the NAI opt-out.

5. Global Privacy Control
We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser that sends it. See Your privacy choices for details.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
